Refund policy

At Hadab Abayat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Return requests must be made through WhatsApp

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made products
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Cancellations We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please double-check your items before confirming your order.
