Do you make custom size abayas?
Yes, we do offer custom size abayas.
To order a custom size abaya:
Contact us through WhatsApp and provide your measurements.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3 days. We process your order within 2 business days and deliver it on the 3rd day.
Express options are available:
- 3 KWD (2 days Delivery)
- 5 KWD ( Next day Delivery)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping across all areas in Kuwait. You can also choose express delivery for an additional fee during checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made and sale items are not eligible for return. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
What happens if my order is damaged or delayed?
If your order is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. If your order is delayed or lost, you have the option to cancel it and receive a full refund.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online checkout.
